with this change in grammar imports.sysml parses both with MontiCore and OMG parser.
NOTE: this change only makes sense if no keywords, other than private, protected or public are expected before an import statement. If other modifiers should be accepted as well, then the grammar must be tweaked. I looked over the whole SysMLv2 spec and no other keywords were used before an import statement, so I guess it should be okay.
