Cleanup

Removed Z option from config as it doesn't really do anything, and might confuse people.

Moved configs folder location to the Mods folder

Allows moving the timer in any of these directions:
X, Y, Z
(Not sure what Z would do, as its 2D, but it's a vector 3 so 🤷)
