Bump the required versions of golang.org/x/crypto, golang.org/x/net, google.golang.org/grpc, github.com/golang-jwt/jwt/v4, github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-go and OpenTelemetry modules to ones which do not have any known vulnerabilities that are reachable from Buildkit code. Ignore deprecation lints for in-toto as resolving them would also involve upgrading to the in-toto v1 schema, which would be a user-visible change. Signed-off-by: Cory Snider <[email protected]>
