The codebase already had signed-upload plumbing; this PR adds the /documents/upload-url alias that the issue spec asked for. The existing /documents/signed-upload-url path is kept with @deprecated JSDoc so no client breakage. Both routes share a private helper. Did not implement the actual AWS SDK v3 signing in S3SignedUrlProvider (still a placeholder) - that's a separate scope.
