What: Replaced the array allocation and destructuring in the Array.prototype.sort() callback inside handleSort with simple scalar assignments and mathematical multiplier logic for ascending/descending sorting.
Why: Instantiating new arrays inside a tight sorting loop causes heavy garbage collection overhead, especially as the number of elements increases.
Impact: Reduces memory allocations during sorting, significantly speeding up the table sort operation and saving CPU cycles.
Measurement: Profile the sort function execution time; performance scales better with domain array length.
