Overview
Release 35.0.0 cuts @metamask/[email protected] and bumps the monorepo root to 35.0.0, with changelog compare links updated accordingly.

@metamask/smart-accounts-kit now depends on @metamask/7715-permission-types@^0.9.0 (was ^0.8.0); its changelog Unreleased entry reflects that bump. yarn.lock is refreshed for the new range.

The 0.9.0 permission-types release (documented in its changelog, not new code in this diff) adds an exported I18nValue type and fixes caveat factory enforcer keys (erc20PeriodicEnforcer → erc20PeriodTransferEnforcer, nativeTokenPeriodicEnforcer → nativeTokenPeriodTransferEnforcer).
