Adds a 'Merkerhood customizations' section covering the fork's four custom behaviours: ChromieCraft base prices (priceOverride + tools/price-backfill), reagent-cost derivation (derive.py), per-item listing count override, and reasonable stack sizes. Docs only; points at the tooling and specs.
