I changed the output of check_retracted to include the Refs with the isRetracted coloumn (so you dont have to search twice to get that column for use in separate_retracted()). I added a basic use vignette and I added some example data with 1 retracted article in it.
Check if you think the way check_retracted outputs now makes sense (there must be a nicer way to do this!)
