@KitsuneDev KitsuneDev released this 22 Mar 22:44

The update everyone was waiting for!

Features

  • The C# Plugin API now has an extra field on IPluginHelper: logger! Based on NLog, it allows devs to properly handle and debug their errors via latest.log, generated on the install dir.

Enhancements

  • We now include a Rainmeter implementation of WebNowPlaying! Download it to use WNP in both Rainmeter and Dropmeter. (Please uninstall the official WebNowPlaying Plugin from Rainmeter before)
  • The new R2R Compiler will make startup faster than ever!

Bug Fixes

  • Double-Monitor support has been implemented, by switching to a native widget-positioning approach.
    STORED WIDGET POSITIONS WILL BE ERASED ON UPDATE

Yes... that's pretty much it for now. After getting tabbed out of many Siege matches because of this updater, it was enough.

The "Resize" Update

@KitsuneDev KitsuneDev released this 10 Feb 14:17

That was quick, wasn't it? Now, while in Management Mode (aka. Move Mode), you are also able to resize your widgets!

Fun fact: This feature has been planned for so long that if you resize a window in 1.0.3, and try to load it in 1.0.0, the new size will still be visible.

@KitsuneDev KitsuneDev released this 09 Feb 03:09

This is the beginning of our journey!

Our first, (almost) feature-complete release. And yes, it is 1.0.1, because the initial build had some weird bugs with SPAs.

  • Use the Install.DropMeter-x64.exe to install the DropMeter Runtime (x64-only for now)
  • Use the WebNowPlaying.dmx to install the WebNowPlaying Plugin. You just need to open it, provided the runtime is already installed.

Have fun, and, if it helps you, why not leave me that shiny little star?
