fix(ideogram): harden seven-node contracts

Summary

• verify the seven dual-route Ideogram nodes against current Ideogram and FAL schemas
• isolate route params on immutable per-run nodes and reject invalid requests before provider submission
• add seven FAL request fixtures plus separate FAL and direct gold exemplars
• surface current V4 acceleration, no-expansion, resolution, and copyright controls

Validation

• backend: 1,184 passed, 2 existing AsyncMock warnings
• frontend: 397 passed
• frontend lint: passed
• production build: passed with existing large-chunk and lottie-web eval warnings
• node contracts: 142 definitions passed
• contract inventory: seven Ideogram nodes exemplar-backed with one fixture each; FAL gaps 46 -> 39
• generated model reference and git diff --check: passed
• staged credential scan: passed

No paid provider calls were made. The previous 2026-06-10 live smoke remains the latest empirical provider evidence.

The user-owned untracked test.html and test_files/ remain outside this PR.
