Hi guys!

My name is Jeniffer Fonseca @jenifferbio (pronouns: she/her) and this is my special repository! I am a bioinformatics researcher who uses Python and R to solve biological problems in genomics, phylogenomics, and proteomics.

🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology.
  • Master's degree in Bioinformatics.
  • I am currently a PhD candidate in Cellular and Molecular Biology.

💡 Script Development:

Throughout my Master's I am developing various scripts to extract meaningful information from biological databases, manipulate genomes and files of different formats.

🧬 I’m interested in Bioinformatic, Computational science, Python and Genomic.
