AMIP simulations

AIUQ supports AMIP simulations, for the AI models that make it available. In order to run an AMIP simulation a forcing must be defined, comprising sea surface temperature and sea ice cover. The forcings must be stored in .nc and stored in the support folder according to the AIUQ standards.
Currently the forcings available are:
- AIMIP v1.0 forcings, which are defined on monthly fields from ERA5
- ESA CCI version 3.0
