Moved the definition of Scouting App Lead under Robot Domain. Reason: Scouting App Lead is not listed as a lead under Operations Domain.

Did this pass the correct steps to change the bylaws? Can you link an official vote.

I am considering this poll as a vote to create the morality lead role and have Ryan not get it. All that is required to get a bylaw passed is a simple majority of 7 people.

The constitution will not be updated to name or target an individual person.
The responsibilities of the position will need to be better defined, as well as the morals they should be uploading an encouraging
Please make the changes for scouting lead in a separate requests
