…ering Copy the latest AUTOMATED.md and MANUAL.md content from the food-delivery-demo repo, remapping test-case IDs to the new scheme (automated BD-057…BD-071; manual incl. template-filled cases BD-001…BD-056) and rewriting food-delivery-demo repo references to bistro-e2e. This also fixes previously broken requirement anchor links (the old files pointed at obsolete FR-* headings) and keeps the richer REQUIREMENTS.md already on this branch.
