docs: write canonical NodeSlide integration handoff

Summary

• add docs/NEXT_SESSION.md as the canonical NodeRoom handoff for the merged NodeSlide authorization rollout
• record the exact proof boundary: deterministic preverified fixture, not ActorProof/membership/production-policy execution
• prioritize the remaining production artifact, authorization, mounted lifecycle, parity, presenter/export, browser/a11y, and immutable-pairing work
• mark the two older handoffs historical while preserving their content

• git diff --check passes
• .qa/ untouched
• documentation-only; the underlying PR Prove NodeSlide host authorization through NodeRoom #224 product change already passed npm run prod:gate (360 files / 2,530 tests, 29 Playwright journeys) and the NodeSlide consumer proof
