More fiddling with version numbers

Another try it finding a version number Saleae's market place pipeline is happy with.

Add time limited matching.

Add a Max span (s) setting to allow limiting the span for a match by time. This can make the match processing much faster by ignoring previous data that can't be part of the current match.
