GitHub API issue work around

Released on Saleae's advice to work around a bug in GitHub's API that clobbered the previous bug fix release

Fix missing first edge bug reported by @devel0 (Lorenzo Delana)

The first selected edge was being ignored so pulse statistics were calculated starting with the second edge in the section. Code fix was informed by a pull request submitted by Lorenzo Delana.
