added RVM - autopackager is failing with ruby bundle install failing y?? yyyy - removed bundle version , removed source command that eas running in predep script

it was beacuse of some sort of clash between rvm and ruby gems - gem uninstall -i /usr/local/rvm/rubies/ruby-3.3.3/lib/ruby/gems/3.3.0 rubygems-bundler -a -x added this to predependency script lets see

the dockerfile with ubuntu 26.04 will only support till ruby 3.2+(gcc 13+) anything below relies on older c++ compiler that is below gcc 13
