Four commitments we make to every engagement.

• 01 We commit to finished work, not deliverables. An engagement ends when something works in production for the people who commissioned it.
• 02 Most of what we build stays private. Client repositories never appear in public. What's surfaced is internal research and the work we're cleared to show.
• 03 Direct contact with the people writing the code. No account managers, no relays. The engineers who read your brief are the engineers who ship the result.
• 04 We say no when we should. We work on a small number of projects at a time, and we say so on the first call when a brief sits outside our practice.
