Also holding this one. It supersedes #212 (Verify 31.20.0), but even at 31.22.0 the build still fails with the same System.MethodAccessException — VerifyXunit.Verifier.Verify cannot access Guards.AgainstBadSourceFile. That's a version skew within the Verify stack, not fixed by moving the version forward. It needs the Verify companion assemblies aligned (or a Verify release that resolves the incompatibility) before it can go green.

Closing — the Verify 31.x bump fails the build with a System.MethodAccessException in the Verify stack that a version change alone doesn't resolve, and it's not something we're carrying right now. Dependabot can reopen a fresh bump later if a compatible Verify release lands.
