General scripts etc for the group.
- area_calculation.py - Python script to calculate an area of a TIFF (using a thredhold) via QGIS. Used for SDM outputs
- create_mask.py - create a polygon from a boundary shapefile via qmesh
- create_raster.py - convert unstructured data (e.g. VTU file) into a raster
- extract_fs - plots the free surface form a 2D Fluidity simulation using either multimaterial or FreeSurface field
- phase_colour.qml - a QGIS style file for tidal phase using a circular colour scheme (so 0 and 360 degrees are the same colour)
- plot_wave_gauges.py - plot multiple Fluidity detector files from different runs on the same graph
