Upgrade various dependencies across the monorepo: MUI packages to 7.3.9 (lab to 7.0.1-beta.23), TypeScript to 5.9.3, tsup to 8.5.1, rimraf to 6.1.3, turbo/@turbo/gen and eslint-config-turbo to 2.8.17, and other related lockfile resolutions. Update generated API markdown for react-ui and react-mui-hooks to use a single input parameter (props object) for several exported components/hooks. Run pnpm install to refresh the lockfile and ensure local packages are consistent.
