The existing version did not support checks that variables indexed over
PeriodPartition, introduced inTimeStructv0.9.12, only can support time profiles up to aPartitionProfile. In addition, it was possible to havePartitionProfiles within fields that should not include these.This is adjusted in this PR. Due to the changes, it also includes a rework of how the functionality for these checks is handled.
