What changed
Replaces the generic compatibility badge with the official Maj Labs Tessl badge. The badge links to the registry page and currently displays the published quality and impact result.
Why
This gives visitors direct, live evidence of the skill's Tessl evaluation without increasing the README beyond its three-badge limit.
Validation
95% (↑1.67x)
