… package script hygiene - Add wallet/analytics/clinic route-level JS bundle budgets and a bundle:check gate that fails CI on reviewed thresholds (Closes DogStark#905) - Replace destructive rm -rf with a validated cross-platform clean utility that documents exactly what is removed (Closes DogStark#907) - Call local binaries through npm scripts and pin @playwright/test so e2e runs are reproducible and offline-capable (Closes DogStark#906) - Repair malformed package.json and consolidate Jest discovery into a single test:unit convention (Closes DogStark#903)

Large SDK/chart/map features can silently inflate initial JavaScript. This change captures route-level baselines for the wallet, analytics, and clinic routes, wires a CI gate that fails on reviewed thresholds, and improves package script hygiene across the frontend.
