I've been playing with this for a few days, and here are some minor changes based on my experience w/ multiple deployments to AWS (from both OS X and Ubuntu 14.04 systems). I don't think there are many major changes here. Beyond minor typo and refining the fields in files, I also changed part of the
all_templateto make it work without much tinkering.Happy to discuss any of these in detail, and feel free to pick and choose if any of this is helpful. Many thanks.
