Description

This PR addresses Issue #1119 [GF-FE-24], building out the admin peripheral access control panel view with device management workflows and a real-time tracking interface.

Key Modifications

• Dual-Tab Administration: Implemented a single-page view containing individual sub-contexts to manage hardware nodes separate from event streams.
• Asynchronous Provisioning Forms: Bound input properties to native POST /access-control/devices handlers to handle registration directly without system blocking behavior.
• Isomorphic 30s Heartbeat Polling: Configured automated execution timers inside the event logs module to run active background re-fetches every 30 seconds.
• Fault Feedback Highlighting: Standardized conditional template layouts to expose specific failure reasons right next to denied access markers.
