- Chapter order: 4=System Dynamics, 5=Cellular Automata, 6=Agent-Based Modeling (previously 4=CA, 5=ABM, 6=SysDyn). - dissmodel-abm now exists as a real sibling repo (AgentModel, Society/ Agent, RandomWalkModel/PredatorPreyModel/SchellingModel). Rewrote Chapter 6 from scratch, fully grounded in its README/source/docs, replacing the earlier unverifiable Society/Agent sketch. - Updated every cross-chapter reference to the new chapter numbers and removed now-outdated "dissmodel-abm doesn't exist" notes in Ch11/Ch12. - Updated mkdocs.yml nav order and CLAUDE.md's chapter->repo mapping to match.
…cture Opens with the general data-cube concept (materialized vs virtual, Open Data Cube reference) before disscube specifics, per author's architectural review. Adds: - disscube (rest) vs RasterBackend (motion) framing, with the lazy-vs-materialized instance distinction - corrected disscube->RasterBackend bridge (the real to_lucc_data / from_xarray APIs; the earlier multi-variable disscube.load() example didn't match the actual single-variable CubeClient.load() signature) - real SyncRasterModel / from_cube example from brmangue-dissmodel (previously misnamed "StepSyncModel") - multi-cube coupling section (SpatialRelation, grid identity) - positioning vs Brazil Data Cube / INPE's eCube draft, clearly flagged as external context not verifiable against sibling repos - expanded exercises and summary Fixes a stale Chapter 10 section cross-reference in ch11_migration.md.
