Денис, надо переделать работу с исключениями. Текущее решение игнорирует какие-либо проблемы в ходе выполнения, особенно это касается InterruptedException. Логов вообще никаких нет, в некоторых случаях вы возвращаете ответ, как будто ничего плохого не случилось. Это может приводить к потерям заказов, что потом невозможно будет отследить. Плюс если вы где-то кидаете исключение, то его надо обрабатывать - в том же классе либо в каком-то одном месте перехватывать все виды исключений.

у вас ситуация с исключением и корректное поведение могут вернуть одинаковые ответы. почитайте про fail fast

мы уже прям где-то рядом. давайте не просто RuntimeException кидать, а использовать кастомные исключения под различные виды ошибок в вашей системе. И в Main все это ловить, чтобы у нас там было что-то вроде глобального ExceptionHandler
