chore: bump version to 0.2.0 (release prep)

Bumps pyproject.toml and __version__ to 0.2.0.

PyPI already has 0.1.0, and this release adds npm/pnpm distribution (#16), the Claude Code plugin (#17) and the MCP server + JSON output (#18) — new features, so a minor bump.

Merge this, then create a GitHub release tagged v0.2.0 to trigger release.yml (builds binaries, publishes the npm packages and PyPI). npm package versions derive from the tag automatically.
