Berkeley City College URLs linking to blank pages

Issue:
The URLs provided in the "Page URL" column of the Berkeley City College course competencies extract yield blank pages. Despite all URLs being unique, they all link to the same blank catalog page (below):

If possible, it would be useful to have each URL navigate to a page that details the competencies, or the course that these competencies are extracted from.

Anticipated Result:
URL would navigate to pages populated with information on the course and/or competencies.

Have checked recent extracts and I am able to see the links but worth noting that the catalogue in question has had periods when links have not worked, regardless of what link was accessed the page displayed was the one in the screenshot. Closing this as it is not related to xTRA but feel free to reopen.
