Same engine, different decisions.
Local-first, Markdown-based system for modeling and running a product portfolio from idea to operation — and a family of focused decision-support tools built on the same core.
- Project-CNS — the CNS core + backend (catalog model, CLI, Flask, MCP).
- cortxt — dashboard + landing (React · ReactFlow/ELK).
- orgkomp — interactive, editable explorer for an organisation's roles, responsibilities and reporting lines. (orgkomp.com)
- juvahem — where should a couple relocate? Ranks 290 municipalities against a shared profile. (juvahem.se)
- bkfinans — decision support for hard financial life choices. (bkfinans.se)
- crusade — a leaderboard ranking humans and agent teams on token efficiency.
Each venture owns its niche on one shared decision engine (CNS Core).
A venture's phase is derived — from its repo, its tests, its deploy. Not from a checkbox somebody remembered to tick. The phase is evidence, not a claim.
Its gate — go · kill · hold · recycle — is not derived, and never will be. That one is
an act of will. It is also the field most portfolios lack, which is why, in most portfolios,
nothing ever dies.
