if item not in list를 통한 중복 확인은 O(N) 시간이 소요되어, 중첩 루프 내부에서 사용할 경우 O(N^2)의 복잡도를 가지기 때문.dict.fromkeys를 사용하면 삽입 순서가 유지되면서 O(N)으로 성능이 향상됨.📊 Impact: 참조 병합 시 삽입 순서를 유지하면서도 중복 제거를 O(N) 시간 복잡도로 빠르게 수행
