…ices-framework + AI-menu integration Commit the supported-OCR PRD into the planning folder (was untracked). It specs OCR as a first-class, customer-facing AI Hub > Services tool with Datalab Chandra as the v1 backend, a provider interface for future engines, an accessible import/convert flow, OCR review mode, and consent/privacy rules. Added Appendix Z to tie it tightly to: the top-level AI menu (Import with OCR / Services entries), the extensible AI Hub Services framework as the shared home for all document-intelligence services (including the Scribe partner integration in scribe.md as a Services-tab tenant), and the verified on-demand release-asset acquisition path (release_assets, AI-Optimization PRD 10.2.4) for local OCR engines, with replace/newer-version awareness.
