Hide verbose loaded plugin path diagnostics behind the paths menu so table rows stay narrow. Keep full paths copyable with tooltip metadata and align copy buttons inside the menu. Expose the resolved Quasar install directory through the plugin context for UI plugins that need durable Quasar-owned paths.
