P0 fixes: - #1: Bearer token auth middleware on /v1/* routes (HERMESMANAGER_API_TOKEN) POST /v1/events exempt (has per-task agent token). Health probes + SPA exempt. Helm deployment auto-injects from admin-password Secret. - #2: Slack X-Slack-Signature + timestamp verification (SLACK_SIGNING_SECRET) Replay protection (5min window). Dev mode skips when secret is empty. - #4: Migrations embedded via embed.FS — container no longer needs SQL files on disk P1 fixes: - #3: Policy engine now implements first-match-wins for allow + deny rules Unknown actions fail closed. 3 new tests. - #8: Terminal event errors surfaced — UpdateTaskState failure returns 500, RevokeAgentToken failure logged (best-effort, tokens expire naturally) P2 fixes: - #9: 1MB body limit (MaxBytesReader), pagination clamped to max 100 - #10: GET /v1/events now parses offset query param for proper pagination
