What changed

This working branch now carries two VIGIL repair packages, the Annex B composed-system refactor, a corpus-wide amendment-provenance migration, the consequential migration of live cognition-class consumers, and final retirement of the superseded cognition/origin ontology from the current corpus.

FM-0031 / PROP-0013

  • adds boundary-carrying interpersonal-advice doctrine to RELATION-001;
  • adds third-party consent and boundary signal interpretation to AEON-006-SCH-02;
  • adds an interpersonal consequence threshold to AEON-006-SCH-04;
  • adds §3.4.6 Pragmatic Interpersonal Advice Calibration Failure under OPS.FF.RELATIONAL.

FM-0018 / PROP-0010

  • adds AEON-003-SCH-02 §17.8.2 Durable Work-State and Resumable Interruption Control;
  • requires proportionate recovery artefacts, safe-boundary pause, persistence-budget reservation and truthful delivery posture;
  • adds OPERATIONS-001-SUP-01 §6.2.1 checkpoint, pause, resume and recovery-state record requirements;
  • adds OPERATIONS-003-SUP-01 §3.9.3 Ephemeral Agent Work Loss and Non-Recoverable Interruption Failure under OPS.FF.INFRASTRUCTURE_CONTINUITY.

Annex B — Composed-System Architecture

  • replaces the former categorical cognition and origin ontology with a composed deployed-system architecture;
  • separates assessment boundary, generation, composition, selection and arbitration topology, operational harness, agency, execution, control authority, hosting, portability, custody, embodiment dependency and systemic reliance;
  • establishes deployment-profile specificity, AI-ABOM, incident-time attribution and architecture-change governance;
  • removes the former AEON.CC and AEON.CO families and their values from current canonical classification;
  • confines version-bound interpretation of historical references to the non-normative migration/disposition record, Git history, previously published versions and immutable historical VIGIL records;
  • preserves the branch-verified VIGIL-2026-PROP-0027 linkage.

Corpus-Wide Amendment Provenance

  • migrates every governed Constitution and Charter ledger to:
    Version | Change Summary | Timestamp (UTC) | Agent | Model | Reviewer | Reference Hash;
  • migrates historical rows to Caelen, GPT-5 Series, and Dr M.V. O'Rourke without changing historical versions, summaries, timestamps or hashes;
  • removes static Authorship & Stewardship and Review & Validation blocks;
  • updates parsers, validators, hash repair, registry extraction, documentation and tests to identify canonical columns by header name;
  • adds deterministic migration and registry-to-source completeness checks;
  • normalises every affected provenance-footer subsection after the removed metadata blocks, preserving each existing open amendment-ledger row rather than creating a second row.

Consequential Architecture Migration

  • replaces the unified internal arbitration-locus requirement with identifiable unitary, harness-mediated, distributed or human-mediated topology plus an accountable outcome boundary;
  • aligns AEON-003 Schedule 2 with coordinated distributed-capable convergence;
  • replaces cognition-derived Steward host/orchestration classes with evidenced host-governance roles and configuration-based permissions;
  • updates Ethics, Operations, Mentis, Relation, Identity, Utility Provisioning and runtime-handoff consumers;
  • removes all current aliases, compatibility clauses, canonical codes, registry entries, validator allowances, schema/example emissions and assessment guidance for the retired ontology;
  • retains the former names only in the single non-normative migration/disposition report.

Still pending: adoption of proposed replacement code families, the wider Architectum/qualified-infrastructure terminology review, VIGIL/public-catalogue reconciliation, and any dedicated AI-ABOM schema.

Validation

Final branch head after repository rebuild: 7fe138ebefe6b809c40398140c633bbf1d2c784e.

  • Governance Rebuild run #554 passed and produced the deterministic generated-output refresh;
  • 115 unit and regression tests passed in repository CI;
  • all governed seven-column ledgers passed strict validation, with pre-existing blank-hash exceptions preserved;
  • 1,371 historical SHA-256 values remain valid;
  • 1,451 section references checked with zero hard failures;
  • 101 ledger-bearing provenance footers have sequential subsection numbering;
  • canonical headers, canonical-code index and symbolic validation passed;
  • exact retired ontology names are absent from current normative instruments, current generated indexes and live tooling;
  • the only current-tree occurrences are in the non-normative migration/disposition report;
  • migration replay produced zero changes and the generated-output rebuild completed deterministically.

Please retain this pull request as draft for final human constitutional review.
