Adds an "Environment variables reference" section to mcp/README.md documenting the env block for the MCP server config. Includes a JSON example and a table describing supported keys (TOKENSAVER_API_URL, TOKENSAVER_NO_TELEMETRY, TOKENSAVER_CLIENT_ID, TOKENSAVER_ENABLE_MAP_PROJECT, TOKENSAVER_DISABLE_AUTOUPDATE, TOKENSAVER_UPDATE_INTERVAL_MINUTES), their accepted values, defaults, and effects to clarify telemetry, offline usage, update behavior, and optional features.
