Releases the tool-description cleanup from #103 (repointed the live descriptions and the runtime nudge off the removed focus_method/trace_implementors, and led the single-file tools with an imperative trigger). Descriptions only, no behaviour change. Bumps the csproj version and both server.json version fields.
