… a set generator, where u need to provide spell IDs. U get an additional csv file for itemset.dbc. I tried it and it worked on my server.

So, as i asked in discord i thought i try a bit myself, because i created a bunch of item(sets) manually.
I got it to work.
I also added a config file, because for myself my database is not on localhost and so i have to change only 1 parameter instead of 3.
Please check if the additions match your style.
This is my first pull request, if u have feedback, i would be glad to hear it.
