The unification is merged to all three agents' main but undeployed. Captures what's in prod, what the deploy ships (incl. one-time session reset + marker-dir cutover), the PVC replay-context caveat, per-agent tag order + canary, and rollback — so the eventual tag-and-ship is a checklist, not a rediscovery.
