feat: add Codex Bundled Plugin Doctor script

Summary

• add Codex Bundled Plugin Doctor market script
• add market index entry with Chinese description and sha256
• target known Windows bundled plugin breakage for Codex Desktop

What this script does

• diagnose bundled plugin breakage such as missing marketplace.json, missing Chrome / Computer Use, and Computer Use unavailable
• back up key config before repair
• rebuild the active openai-bundled marketplace and cache for the known broken state
• export a standalone PowerShell repair script when needed

Notes

• description and submission copy are written in Chinese so users can tell at a glance what the script is for
• scope stays intentionally narrow: bundled plugin repair only, no auth/provider/model config changes
