A hybrid AI architecture built for a real company (SRM Souss-Massa) that routes natural language billing queries through a 4-level decision pipeline: Python rules, LLM intent classification, and a secured Text-to-SQL fallback, replacing classic RAG to eliminate hallucinations on structured data.
