Changes
household.rideshare_mode_split was updated to align with the most updated names
household.ctramp_mode_names was moved into the enum.py, which will be the source of truth for mode and mode codes into the future.
highway.maz_to_maz was updated to use a CSV as this is the intermediate format for maz assignment
