The function of blacklist with regular expression is an addon which makes all items in the blacklist match in regular expression.
The function of diange (ordering songs) number limit limits the number of each users' ordering which means if there are enough songs whose number arrives the limit ordered by one user, the user can't order songs any more until one of the songs it ordered was playing or removed.
