…-gnu/setup/src Fix the make dependency rules to create the $(STP_DIR)/src: the dependency must use $(STP_DIR)/src to make sure we use the expected target dir (the $(SDIR)/src may represent another directory)
…-gnu/setup/src Also replace other references to the `SDIR` variable which have been removed by commit dcd2f6d, we must use STP_DIR.
