From Cloud to Disc

A bilingual plain-text time capsule about a public GitHub repository moving from cloud storage toward a physical disc.

This is not a software product, library, or portfolio piece. It is a small public archive about media, preservation, language, and discoverability.

Why this exists

There was no conventional public project ready to show. Rather than inventing one, this repository records that situation directly.

A repository can be more than code. It can be a timestamp, a message, an archive, and a small artifact that becomes different when it can leave the cloud and become physical.

Language

English is used for reach.
Korean is kept for origin.
Both are part of the artifact.

The Korean layer is balanced by role, not by mechanical one-to-one file count. See guide/BILINGUAL_BALANCE.md.
