Adding PDFluent to Office Suites — a free, offline desktop PDF editor for Windows and macOS (direct text editing, forms, OCR, redaction, signatures, Office conversions). Placed alphabetically between OpenOffice and Sumatra PDF. Source-available (not OSI open source) at https://github.com/pdfluent/pdfluent; the Windows installer is Authenticode-signed.
I checked the guidelines and searched for an existing PDFluent entry (none found).
