Pull request overview
Adds Windows build outputs to the existing GitHub Actions build workflow so releases also produce Windows binaries alongside Linux and macOS.
Changes:
- Extend the build matrix to include
windows/amd64andwindows/arm64targets. - Name Windows artifacts with the
