Prepare the CodeClone 2.0 release line across public surfaces:

• switch package metadata, docs, VS Code, Claude Desktop, and Codex plugin references from beta/preview to stable 2.0.0
• add a PyPI-specific README while keeping the main README GitHub-friendly
• refresh CodeClone branding across docs assets, HTML report, VS Code, Claude Desktop, and Codex plugin icons
• polish the composite GitHub Action install policy, PR summary, helper structure, and action docs
• align MCP/extension/plugin docs with the final 2.0 contracts
